Great value for the price. Staff is super nice. Check-in is always easy and fast. Could definitely use more breakfast food options besides sliced bread/cereal/waffles/mini muffins. Otherwise, great option for inexpensive stay near ATL airport.

Stayed here after a missed connection at ATL. The hotel is very basic, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The elevator was broken so had to carry bags up the stairs. Main complaint is that check-in was *very* slow. Long line of people (all from missed connections) checking in at 1am and each check-in took 5-10 minutes; it took 45 minutes to get my room key.

Can’t really complain. My only complaint is that I stayed over a week at a time and almost every day I had to get my key reprogrammed. Also, more than one set of washer and dryer would be good. Also, the elevator that never works since I’ve been there. Other than that, friendly staff and not a bad area.

I appreciated the quick check in and the affordability and the free shuttle with $10 daily parking. I only had a 5 hour stay but while I was there it was incredibly loud with people coming and going. It got me the bare minimum for what I needed, its what I expected. A hired security would make the outside patio better, specifically for females traveling late.

Could’ve Been Better

The front desk workers are rude. The housecleaning staff are very friendly. There was mold on the ceiling of the shower. The elevator did not work, and I only found out when I walked to it. When I went back and asked the front desk rep about the elevator she did the walking gesture with her hands, and didn’t speak.

MJ at check in was the only good part of my stay. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciated his thorough handling of check in. The rooms are incredible run down, and walls are paper thin. When anyone near the room used their restrooms, showered or even walked around you could hear it. The Heat/AC unit was unplugged when I arrived, but honestly I was too nervous to even plug it in because the outlet had evidence of damage and I was concerned for fire hazard. There were hairs in both the shower and the bed when I arrived. I checked in very late and was only staying until morning, or I would have left. Then to top it off, I am now in the process of trying to get my deposit back bc it wasn't automatically refunded.

Dirty lobby and stairwell, broken elevator, lots of men hanging around the front of the establishment by the door. As a single woman traveler it felt very uncomfortable. Front desk staff rude and dismissive. This is an awful hotel.

Booked for 2 reasons: close to ATL airport with free shuttle service and inexpensive longterm car parking while on trip for 12days. aAnother plus was the Ruby Tues restaurant across the street.

They ended up giving my room to someone else. And once given a room, the room as falling a part and smelled. They say it’s a no smoking facility but rooms smell of weed. The showers and bathrooms leave much to be desired.
