"Lovely and helpful staff. Location was pretty good for there is the waterfront with a few restaurants and supermarket down the street- extremely close. Room was pretty clean- with teapot and coffee/tea options. Just a little hair in the shower drain ( happens in most hotels but still a little offputting). Loud parties/noises happened randomly (due to other guests) at 2-3am but still a nice place to stay."

"My kids are still raving about the breakfast buffet! The food is excellent and the service is wonderful. Very kind and helpful staff. Our room was large for our family of 4 and the property and pool area area really beautuiful. The location is super convenient to the Giraffe centre and the Sheldrick rescue sanctuary. Highly recommend this hotel!"
