The front reception area was well staffed, and very helpful. Views from the restaurant upstairs were great. Breakfast was very good, and staff was really nice. Rooms were clean, but the staff did not clean rooms or provide amenities if you stayed more than one day unless specifically asked for.

Nice hotel, rooms were small but it was fine. We wished the pool stayed open longer as it closed at 7pm. Are twice at the restaurant and it was good both times but took forever.

Amazing you cannot beat the price and the quality of the hotel. I will be back on my next trip to Athens that’s for sure. Staff was fluent in English and helped with transportation to the airport after our stay. They also carried our bags in and out of the hotel upon arrival and checking out as well as brining it to our rooms. Very polite and patient staff and helpful with directions. I have been recommending this hotel to everyone I know. Only downside is the location which I believe is in a little less desirable part of town but there are some amazing dining options nearby that I would say make up for the bad neighborhood. Like the cafe just down the street which offered very high quality pasties for only 2-3€!

The hotel is really centric and it was relatively close to the Acropolis and the main neighborhoods, the staff were really helpful and nice with everything we needed, specially for good suggestions and getting you taxis when needed. We had breakfast included breakfast every morning and it had a lot of variety and good options, specially for being included it was worth it.

Avoid this hotel if you have other options. The customer service is horrible. It’s like they are entitled that you stayed here. We waited at The restaurants forever before we got seated then left after never being talked to again. Same thing happened at the main floor restaurant too. We are pretty easy going and easy to please but at some point you say enough. The highlight is the staff in the lobby that helps with luggage etc. They should let them run the place.

I had a wonderful stay at the Presidential Hotel in Athens. The hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms, excellent cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. The location is convenient, with easy access to the city center and major attractions. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, and the rooftop area provided beautiful views of Athens. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and a pleasant experience for both business and leisure travelers. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the Presidential Hotel to anyone visiting Athens.

Tallest hotel in Greece with a good sized rooftop pool! Honestly amazing for those hot summer days when you need to cool down after strolling the streets of Athens + stunning view. Staff was incredibly friendly, maybe even the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at hotels! View from the room was also gorgeous, the room & bathroom are on the smaller side and a bit dusty but the +++ make up for it. I do think the consumption fee for the sunbeds is a bit unneccesary since you already pay for the hotelstay. Breakfast has many options, less for those like me who don't eat cheese & pork (I recommend adding some chicken/beef products). Location is not super near the centre, however there are busstops and metro stations nearby also some cute streets with restaurants in case you want to eat near the hotel.

Because of where the hotel was situated at my arrival, I had no clue how to go around the block and park my car rental. The attendant totally took my keys, parked my car and brought my keys to me. That meant a lot to me. Also, they were attentive whenever I needed a taxi and gave me good advice. The staff was willing to help with any questions and the room was quiet… One recommendation I would give to othersis: pay the extra for the view… I looked at rundown neighborhood outside my window… However, the sunsets were pretty…

Hotel is great! Location is not central, but close to bus (2min)and metro ( 10min) stations. Only few stops from center. Room is spacious, very clean carpet, bathroom, furniture is nice and not old. Breakfast area is huge, so even with being packed, is not bad, no lines. Very nice variety for breakfast. Would be nice to have water in the lobby. Would recommend this hotel!
