Honestly really nice hotel, dry warm staff and excellent breakfast and room for a small hotel. More personable then the big chain 4* / 5* hotels I would say
Nice hotel with good location, spacious room with comfortable bed, good location with easy access to metro, rooms are clean, breakfast was great and hotel staff are excellent.
The hotel itself was clean as I checked in at night. They have a person by the door who can help you if you need. There is a very nice seafood restaurant next to the hotel and one block away there is a very local gyro restaurant and also recommended.
However, my room was in the 3rd but the window seemed like was opened or have a gap so I heard lot of noise from the restaurant and the street. The location wasn’t that great either. As I am solo traveller, it quite dark and feeling unsafe in that area at night past 7pm. Thank you
The hotel was basic, but very well located. The Metro was basically a minute or 2 away from the hotel. It was very clean, aircon was excellent, staff very helpful, very near all major tourists spots / attractions. I would definitely recommend it to anyonne, especially to first timers in Athens. Perfect location to get around the city. Felt safe in the hotel and the area. Worth the money paid for.

Nice hotel, great location and super friendly staff.
The rooms are compact but comfortable, the hotel is in a nice, quiet, safe, residential area, 2 mins walk from an underground station, 15 mins from the train station.
Nice medium size hotel with very helpful staff across the road from an excellent fish restaurant. 15-20 minute walk to Archaeological Museum and within easy reach of a metro station. Good breakfast.
Staff organised airport transfer at set rate of €50. All very efficient.
A nice hotel. Don't understand what the other reviewers were complaining about. The rooms are nice and have a small balcony. Not a huge room, but as good as they come in Athens. Breakfast was simple, but decent. The room has AC, a must in the summer. Location is nice, as close to a place called Bread Factory. Best desserts there. A decent place to stay. One can take the bus to the main square. We walked in the evening and took the bus when it was hot.
Overall, the room could use some updating, but I can't complain much outside of that. The goal on vacation is to have a place where you can eat, sleep, and know your belongings are safe, and this hotel delivered on that. They could update a bit or give more variety at breakfast, but for an overall great experience, they earned a five-star rating.
The staff were amazing and the breakfast was great. However, someone was definitely smoking in the office and the awful smell carried through to the hotel lobby.
The daily housekeeping was slightly unnecessary and I'm sure not very sustainable. Our room was unbearably hot however, the staff accommodated this by turning down the AC to 17 degrees. This is still very, VERY hot to sleep in and they are all controlled centrally, so you can't turn it down individually in your room. The room is very dated and you had to use the shower in a hand-held fashion, which is really annoying. It doesn't sit right in the holder so you can't wash your long hair properly and when it sits in the holder, it sprays onto the shower screen and then leaks onto the floor. Our wardrobe cupboad didn't have any doors on. It's marketed as a four star, but it definitely isn't - perhaps more 2.5 stars.

Friendly 24hour staff. Room was very clean and has AC. Conveniently located, only a 25minute walk to the Acropolis. I would definitely stay here again.
