Welcome to our exquisite apartment, ideally situated adjacent to the University of Georgia. Whether you`re here for a Bulldogs game (only a leisurely 20-25 minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive to Sanford Stadium), a campus visit, or to explore the vibrant Athens community, our fully-equipped haven is the perfect base for your stay. 🏈🐶🏛️

• The unit does not have a washer/dryer, but for those staying 5 days or more you can have your laundry washed, dried, and folded for you offsite! You must drop-off and pick it up, but with a valid receipt your entire laundry costs and gas money will be reimbursed to you! 🧺👚👖

SECURITY FIRST 🔒👁️
• We prioritize your safety with a smart-lock entrance and Ring camera system for enhanced security

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT 🚪🔒
• Check-in is at 4:00pm (or later, anytime works after since it`s self check-in), check-out is at 11:00am

Please note that for all VRBO bookings we require a pre-authorized hold on your credit card of $300 as a security deposit for your stay. This will be charged 5 days before your check-out and will be released back to you 2 days after check-out given no damages to the property

Nice townhouse in Athens,GA

We came and visited Athens during masters week. The property was clean and ready for us at check in. Communication was clear, the location and neighborhood was great. We’ll be coming back next year. Good job all round

It was fine for a night

Honestly, I prob wouldn't have written a review, except the management company? or owner? messaged this: "We will leave you a 10/10 review here! If you enjoyed your stay, please feel free to leave a 10/10 review here as well. If you feel you can’t give a 10/10 rating, I kindly ask that you refrain from leaving a review." Reviews on a site like this should be able to be trusted.As you walk in, the unit definitely has a strong odor. It's musty I think, They have some sort of air purifier in the kitchen and charcoal bags to eliminate odors in at least a couple places. The unit needs new carpeting desperately. The beds have 2 pillows in shams on them. One of the rooms didn't have pillowcases on the pillows inside. We found pillowcases for the roll away inside the roll away (not in the closet as outlined) so my parents were able to use those on their bed. The overall apartment needs a lot of physical upgrades/maintenance (bathtubs, paint, etc.). The beds were comfortable. The pictures are fairly accurate but they mask the drab, worn state of the interior. Good camera/lighting work.There were so many admonishments to ensure doors are locked at all times, it made us question the safety of the community/area. We have no idea if this is the case. We had no issues with safety.It was less expensive than other options in Athens but we assumed it was because the location wasn't as desirable. We found it also likely has to do with the quality of the unit as well.

Clean house with just about everything you need to stay comfortable. Minutes away from downtown. Highly recommend when staying in Athens.

Enjoyed our stay!

Our daughter had a band performance at the Classic Center and all hotels were full. The house was just what we needed for two nights and was very close to the Classic Center. Chris was very responsive and made the process easy. Would highly recommend! Thanks!

Athens Getaway

Good place to stay when visiting UGA. Nice pool, unit as described. Took Uber to stadium but walked back when we saw it wasn’t very far. Overall good stay.
