The appartment was great and very spacious and clean. Very well located in Villa Morra. The pool and gym are great. Bed was very comfortable as well. Staff amazing! We didn't have a balcony and quite honestly we expected one but no biggy. Just make sure you check before you check in if this is important to you. Only minor thing is an issue with water leaking through the floor when it rains heavily. Highly recommended nevertheless.

I came to stay for nearly 2 Months at this Apart-Hotel and I've been very impressed with the excellence in their care for me, while here! Since I first came, I had management move me into a better suited Queen Suite verses what Expedia offered at short notice! They also reimbursed me for the price difference which was a first ever experience for me and a great help financially. They have delivered 5 Gallon water jugs to me, for a small charge and have treated me so kindly, as if I were family! The Management, Juan and Rosa as well as Sarah have gone several extra miles beyond to make sure all my needs have been met! I would make this place my permanent home 🏠 if it were possible and am deeply grateful for all their excellent care! 😘

The property is close to Superseis supermarket and Shopping Mariscal. The area is quiet and walkable to restaurants. The staff are very friendly and they helped us to contact taxis to go to places we wanted to visit and also to take us. to the airport. We were very glad that we had a kitchen to prepare our breakfast and food.

Start Villa Mora was fantastic, the quality of the property for the price is unbeatable. The included kitchen was perfect for preparing food if I didn’t want to go out to eat. The shower was nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience and I’d definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Asunción in the future.
