"I reserved 2 nights at this hotel. The entrance was a bit crowded with no where to temporarily park for check-in. The check-in was fine and my room was clean. I was hoping to enjoy the outdoor pool, but the water was cloudy and I wasn't sure how clean it was. There was ONLY 1 ice machine working in the entire hotel. 🙄. The housekeeping staff were the most friendly and helpful, I cant say the same for the check-in desk. I made my reservation through Expedia and it included breakfast ($8 a day)both mornings. However, when I went to breakfast their reservation didn't show that I paid at the time of making the reservation. If I wanted breakfast, it would be $16.95 per day. SUGGESTION:If you reserve this hotel, screen shot what it includes so you wont pay for something and not receive it. The ladies at the reservation desk could not have been LESS FRIENDLY. The location was good, as well as the view of the Ohio River."

"The main elevator was out of order - apparently had been out for 2 months prior to my arrival. All guests and staff had to use the service elevator which took much longer."

"Awesome place to stay. Onsite restaurant was A1 , staff friendly and helpful. The location set in a forest setting rocked. Reasonably priced for a lodge. The hiking trails and caves were fantastic. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Plus, the deck on the backside of my second floor room was a great place to relax."

"Very quiet location. The beds were super comfortable. Lots of room and close to restaurants. I messaged the host about check out and they responded within minutes. I would stay here again when we return."
