"Give Keisha a pay rise! From the outside the property does look a little aged but don't let that deceive you. Inside the lobby area and much of the hotel it feels very refreshed with the recent renovation. Upon arrival the staff were very friendly, especially Keisha, who walked me through the self check in, as well as the hotel amenities. After finding out my slight obsession with aviation, Keisha even upgraded my room, free of charge, to one with a view! The room was clean and tidy, as well as being relatively modern and in good knick. The bed was comfortable and bathroom (whilst being a little dated) was again clean, tidy and had everything you'd need. In the morning I needed to get to T5, the pod service was very efficient, effective and stress-free. I'd absolutely stay there again and would recommend it."
