Well positioned location within easy walk to the train station, shops and food outlets. Hotel was clean, tidy and the staff were attentive and helpful. There was a coffee and tea facility in the lobby which was very convenient. Would used this hotel again if we return to Aschaffenburg.

This was such a lovely place to stay. Everything within walking distance. Staff was personal & friendly. Rooms were great, beds slept wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The room was nice, same with the breakfast. Unfortunately I can't give 5 stars because the hotel smells like cigarette smoke. Particularly in the lobby and the hallways. The room was also affected

Perfect stay

Very nice hotel, with a huge family room, with play area for kids. Our little one loved that play area. Huge bathroom, with separate WC, 24 hour reception, which is hard to find in Germany. Breakfast was very good and consistent also.

Wirklich toller Ausgangspunkt für einen Kurztrip nach Aschaffenburg - erst Recht, wenn man mit dem Zug anreist. Wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und nur wenige Minuten in die City bzw. Altstadt. Das Hotel hält was es verspricht und hat uns rundum zufrieden wieder abreisen lassen.

This place is a very good option for spending the night, clean, friendly staff and very good location few hundred meter awar from main train station and close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Tried to have breakfast but couldnt due to fishy smell of eggs filling the air around, but is a very clean hotel.

Zimmer und Bett ganz ordentlich, Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut (war hilfreich). Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dickes Minus für Teile des Frühstücks: Saft gibt es aus einem IPad gesteuerten Dispenser (was für ein Quatsch)! Eine Flasche oder Karaffe hinstellen würde völlig ausreichen. Braucht keinen Strom und funktioniert im Gegensatz zum Ist-Zustand. Die Plörre „Orangensaft“ bestand aus 99% Wasser und 1% Farbe, Zucker und künstlichem Aroma. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Wurst und Käse schien direkt aus dem Block geschnitten, Brötchen mini und lustlos. Gut waren die (auch sehr kleinen) Croissant sowie der Kaffee. Beim Frühstück herrscht dringender Handlungsbedarf, liebe IBIS F&B Manager!!!
