The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace, allowing you to see the sea from your bed. The bathroom has been totally "redesigned" with a large fibreglass shower tray, with a rain shower system.
A superb, comfortable leather sofa dominates the living room. A beautiful new pine coffee table and television unit have just been installed for your comfort.

The living room is equipped with a 127cm LG 55-inch flat-screen TV, smart TV and broadband internet access. Sheets and towels are provided free of charge, as well as a washing machine (7kg), an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer. Hygiene and safety measures. Enhanced hygiene measures. Your flat is professionally cleaned, and sheets and towels are washed at a temperature of 60°C or more.
The kitchen is modern and functional. It is equipped with: Induction hob for fast cooking, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, coffee pods, toaster, kettle, juice extractor, electric mixer. Your flat has a superb 20-metre terrace for your enjoyment. You can relax, read or simply dream on the ultra-comfortable sofa. A modern table and 4 designer chairs will allow you to enjoy all your meals facing the ocean and watch the magnificent sunsets. An underground parking space with a personal closed garage is available free of charge. The car park is guarded and very secure (surveillance cameras). It connects directly to your flat by lift.
