"I absolutely adored the king suite and recent renovations. It was inviting and felt homey and luxurious at a great value. The welcome basket was so cute and greatly appreciated. The instructions to access the property were incredibly easy to follow and I loved the no contact access available through the Goki app as well. I loved that the property is gated so I love how secure and safe it felt parking and staying there. The pedestrian gate is easy to access and also locked for security. I was initially skeptical about a motel like building especially on the first floor but with all those measures in place it felt safe secure. The location was great for me and my partner because it was within walking distance of a local cafe and diner as well as a short drive away from Bathhouse row. It was also right by the casino and you can see an old racing track right across the way which I thought was fun to see. While I’m not me for baths the tub was a very nice jacuzzi tub that I’d imagine someone who enjoys baths would appreciate. My only recommendation for the room would be to add an additional towel rack into the bathroom as we needed some extra room to hang up and dry our towels and maybe curtains to block out more light but otherwise everything was perfect. If you’re in Hot springs with a partner or friend I would highly recommend!"
