"Cliff notes: This place was a breath of fresh air. Everything from parking, the front desk being so helpful, the accommodations, the housing itself and location. More detailed: I parked right out front of the Mariposa and didn't need a decal or anything. The front desk staff was so warm and helpful. They speak multiple languages which helped me as my Spanish is just ok. This was such a nice change as many places prior to were not so welcoming. Our room overlooked both the pool and a mountain AND you could see the coast in the distance. Perfect! The room had a kitchenette, refrigerator, stove cookware etc. we were walking distance to a grocery store to get everything for our stay. AC worked great. Beds were nothing special . We were also walking distance to multiple beaches.. which we took advantage of. Included is gym access and washing machine .. I want to reiterate just how great the staff was. They really go above to help and this made the experience better. There's also a restaurant which was always quite busy. We didn't eat there but it looked good."

"We previously stayed at this hotel last year and enjoyed it so much that we decided to return again this year. The hotel offers nice self-catering apartments that are comfortable, well equipped and ideal for a relaxing stay. There is also an onsite SPAR shop, which is very convenient for picking up daily essentials fresh pastries and ice cream. I would happily return again in the future. It’s a nice stroll down the road to the beach or bus stops to take you conveniently to Puerto Rico and Mogan towards the west or Playa de Ingles, Maspalomas, or Las Palmas towards the East. Highly recommended for those looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay."
