This semi-detached property offers a well-kept garden of 6,000 square meters, complete with a fenced swimming pool (17 x 4 m, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 29.Feb. - 07.Nov.), a terrace, and parking for up to 6 cars. Enjoy the convenience of having a shop just 3 km away and a sandy beach within 800 m. The villa is equipped with amenities such as a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, and parking, ensuring a comfortable vacation rental experience.

Outdoors
The villa boasts a stunning private and well-kept garden spanning 6,000 square meters, fenced for your privacy. Enjoy the lush lawn and shady trees that create a serene outdoor environment. The garden also features a fenced swimming pool (17 x 4 m, depth 145 cm) that is available seasonally from February 29th to November 7th. Perfect for those warm summer days, you can relax and unwind by the pool. Additionally, there is a terrace area where you can soak up the sun or enjoy al fresco dining.

It is also important to be aware that the main road is located 20 meters from the villa, and a railway line is situated 150 meters away. Unit Layout
You will be staying in a spacious 400 m2 villa called "Villa Jaume" that spans across three levels and has 11 rooms in total. The villa has been tastefully renovated and features stylish furnishings throughout. On the first level, you'll find a living room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), a satellite TV with a flat screen, and a fan. There's another living room with a library, and a dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only) and a dining table. The large kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also has a separate dining table and an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only). There's a separate WC on this level as well. The villa has heating throughout.

The upper floor consists of four bedrooms. One room has 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), another has 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), and the remaining two rooms each have a dressing room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/WC. There's also a bathroom with a double hand-basin and a separate WC on this level.

The second upper floor has four more bedrooms. Two of these rooms have dressing rooms, each with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/WC. Another room has 2 beds, and the last room has 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). This level also has a bathroom and a separate WC.

Amenities Included
The villa comes well-equipped with a range of amenities to make your vacation comfortable and convenient. You'll have access to a washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, and a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds. The property also provides complimentary WiFi internet access. For outdoor enjoyment, there's a large roofed terrace, a patio, terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs. The villa offers stunning views of the garden.

The villa has a maximum capacity of 16 guests and features 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Please note that when there are fewer guests staying at the property than the maximum capacity, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
