Neither IBIS nor Expedia had sent me the alphabetical access code to the night entry check in system, so had to get someone on an almost inaudible intercom system to explain to me the entry protocols and provide with the code that had not been sent. I had called earlier in the day to alert the hotel that I was not arriving until 21.30! ...

The swimming pool was paradise and a perfect temperature. Our hostess and owner Marie Antoinette could not have been more cordial helpful, and engaged.
