this apartment is located in this authentic 19th century Arcachonnaise villa .. insulation, double glazing and electric shutters ..
The furniture and the floors, including the terrace, are made of wood for maximum comfort. . eucalyptus deckchairs for your pleasure. All the necessary linen is provided to you (toilet, kitchen, sheets) .. the mattress pads and pillows are changed after each occupation
For rentals longer than 1 week We change all the linen after 7 nights.
A kitchen background is at your disposal: tea, coffee, sugar, vinegar oil etc.
You will find all the comfort you need for your vacation here.
we can provide you with everything you need for a baby (bed, playpen, bath, changing mat)
Above all do not load everything is planned !! on arrival you will find everything you need for your stay (full kitchen background, coffee, sugar etc ... cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, detergent etc ...)

Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© l’accueil de nos hĂŽtes, leurs explications, leur disponibilitĂ©, la propretĂ© des lieux, la gestion des serviettes et linges de maison changĂ©s toutes les semaines, l’équipement de l’appartement oĂč il ne manque rien pour profiter de notre sĂ©jour. L’agencement avec l’accĂšs extĂ©rieur, la terrasse, la possibilitĂ© de garer une voiture Ă  l’intĂ©rieur sont des plus apprĂ©ciables pour ce lieu proche du centre ville. Tout est Ă  disposition: plancha, transat, jeux pour enfants
 La gentillesse de Sandrine et Rodolphe a fini de nous convaincre: notre meilleure location sur Arcachon!

Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermĂ©s, sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able et trĂšs accueillant, d’une propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable et trĂšs bonne literie. Rodolphe aux petits soins nous a fait une présentation détaillée de la maison, et bons plans à cÎté. Proximité plage centre ville vélos à dispo. On a pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour !

La maison est d’une propretĂ© exemplaire et dotĂ©e de tous les Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaires : on s’y sent comme Ă  la maison Sandrine et Rodolphe sont trĂšs Ă  l’écoute . Deux vĂ©los sont Ă  disposition et comme nous sommes venus avec notre fille Rodolphe nous en a gentiment amenĂ© un troisiĂšme A noter que la maison est trĂšs bien placĂ©e (plage et promenade le long de la mer Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate ) mais situĂ©e sur une route passagĂšre . Nous recommandons sans hĂ©siter ce lieu

Excellent accueil de Sandrine et Roldolphe ! Nous étions venu avec notre bébé et notre chien; la location comprenait tout le confort nécessaire pour les bébés (lit, table à langer, baignoire...) et pour nous afin de passer un super séjour sur Arcachon. On recommande ce logement !

Rodolphe est venu nous chercher Ă  la gare pour un sĂ©jour sans voiture. Et nos hĂŽtes ont trouvĂ© plein de jouets qui ont Ă©normĂ©ment plu Ă  nos jeunes enfants. L'appartement est confortable et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© (y compris le nĂ©cessaire pour cuisiner des coquillages). Arcachon et ses environs offrent de multiples possibilitĂ©s de balades en famille, en bord de mer (autour du bassin ou vers l'ocĂ©an), en forĂȘt, dans la ville d'hiver... Avec un temps clĂ©ment Ă  la Toussaint, un sĂ©jour trĂšs rĂ©ussi!

Our family enjoyed everything about our stay in Villa Victoria. The hosts, property, amenities, and location were all perfect. Sandrine and Rodolphe were especially thoughtful about the toys, activities and supplies for the children. We definitely recommend this beautiful home!

Accueil chaleureux des propriĂ©taires, sympathiques et disponibles Ă  convenance. Nous prĂ©cise les lieux Ă  privilĂ©gier. Location trĂšs confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut, on ne se soucie de rien. À proximitĂ© dĂšs commerces et Ă  50 m du bassin d'Arcachon, sa situation est idĂ©ale, 2 vĂ©los Ă  disposition pour parcourir les nombreuses pistes cyclables et laisser enfin sa voiture de cĂŽtĂ©. TrĂšs satisfait du sĂ©jour.

Het verblijf biedt wat beloofd is, een goed geëquipeerd keukentje, aangename badkamer, zonnig terras, goede bedden en zeer dicht bij het strand. De vriendelijke eigenaar haalde ons op aan het station en bracht ons ook terug. Een aanrader!
