"The positives - we had an amazingly room looking towards the lake and got to see the Northern Lights!!! Welcome drinks on check in was a great surprise! The staff were exceptionally friendly as well. The negatives - the hallways were looking a bit shabby and I did not find the bed comfortable. When we went to the pool, there were no towels.
