"This was a very nice upscale hotel. Our room was quite comfortable. The bathroom included a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Wifi was great. Several restaurants and a bar on property. There is paid covered parking or free uncovered parking. We loved being able to pick up snacks in the lobby for our next adventure. Great stay! The sculpture and waterfront walk isn't too far away."

"Excellent location for a quiet getaway. We'll definitely stay here again. Michael's cod is superb! Just be aware though, this is a 20-minute ride from downtown which works out to about a $45 USD cab fare"

"The domes are very nice. The hot tub was great! Check-in was a little confusing and the few people there couldn’t help. I had to call to figure it out. Beds were comfy and robes too! WiFi didn’t work well it kept kicking me off or had barely a signal. Road conditions were okay a lot of pot holes to drive through. I would definitely stay again for the views and quiet comfort!!"

"The apartment had everything we needed for three people. It was located very close to a supermarket and a great place for us to rest after exploring for the day. We rented a car and drove in and out of Reykjavík a number of times and out to the countryside with no issues. There was great communication between the property owners/manager and me. If I messaged I had a response in a very timely manner. I definitely would recommend staying here; it’s in a quiet neighborhood. "

"The house is BEAUTIFUL! It's in the perfect location, it is VERY clean and well-kept. Marco and his wife are amazing folks. They're very communicative, and they did everything they could to make sure our stay was fabulous. We came with a family of 6, and we had plenty of room. Takk takk to Marco and his wife! "Wonderfully comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. We bought extra paper towels and toilet paper, then found it later, of course. The hot tub was the perfect place to enjoy the Northern Lights and we also enjoyed the coziness of the fireplace nightly. Communication with the host was excellent. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Icelandic Apartments. The facilities were clean and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The only issues we had were with the door and room code, as well as the code to the laundry area for towels. However, the host worked with us to solve the issues and the response was immediate. We would stay there again."
