Cottage facing the luberon with swimming pool
- In the heart of the luberon, near the city center of Apt with a view of the Luberon mountain, rent a charming house with 5000m2 property, joint ownership with the owners. Located due south, the house is equipped with an outdoor relaxation area with table, chairs and barbecue for meals and a garden furniture set. The property has an electric gate with a carport including 1 place available. The house will accommodate 6 people (max) with 1 bedroom consisting of a 150x190 bed then on the mezzanine offers a living room with television. The bathroom has 2 sinks and a shower, separate WC, washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen with insert opening onto the terrace (microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, 4 gas burners, toaster, etc.). The 5x10m salt pool is shared with the owner. A trampoline is accessible but only in the presence and with supervision of children by their parent.
Sheets, pool towels, hand towels and tea towels are provided with the rental at no extra charge. The beds are made upon your arrival.
