Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood.

Barbara has a lovely home located in a very nice neighborhood. I was in the area to visit family, so I was away from the house most of the day, but I did enjoy having my coffee on the front porch each morning and a drink on the back patio when I returned each evening. Entry was easy and there was a garage for my car. The house had everything I needed. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The house is located a short distance from a major grocery store and several restaurants. I would recommend Barbara's home to anyone visiting the area.

This was an absolute gem of a house! The house was very clean and the owner was very responsive. We would recommend this for anyone wanting to visit Disney or the surrounding area. Easy on/off for the expressway.

Miracle ear

It was a very pleasant experience. This house was very nice and clean.also the host have all kind of treats and toiletries that may me feel good.You couldn’t ask for a better neighborhood close to everything.I would stay there again n would recommend anyone . Just one thing the front door lock had issues but that’s a simple fix . Very comfortable bedding n plenty of tvs.

Chic and Comfy

Very nice home, clean and close to everything we wanted to do ie. Disney, Universal, Sea World, Mt. Dora and much much more. Very helpful owner. If I ever need a place near Orlando again I would definitely stay here.

Clean , comfortable stay during home renovations

This property is conveniently located to Orlando and surrounding communities. The owner is very quick to respond to all questions. The home is very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is nice to walk around and quiet. We are so glad to have stayed here while our home was being repaired. We would recommend as a good place to stay in Central Florida.

Great place

The house was lovely with all supplies and appliances that one would need for a great stay. We only slept and ate breakfast there because we were visiting relatives nearby. The king and queen beds were comfortable but unfortunately the bunk beds are not good for big people - mattresses thin and beds squeak when you roll over. They probably will work for small children. I was able to text with the owner with questions. We highly recommend the rental.

Convenient

The property is convenient and it accommodated our family for a wedding in the area. There is room for improvement with appliance and other fixes around the home that the owner acknowledged needing to be addressed, but overall served our purpose.

Such a great time

We truly enjoyed our visit! We stayed here over thanksgiving for a family gathering and the rooms and location accommodated us very well. The home looked exactly as pictured and was quite charming. The neighborhood was cute too and we often took walks during the day around the park close by and the home was within walking distance of a great grocery store and mini mall. Overall I was very happy. There were not a lot of extra linens, so use towels sparingly, and we could not find extra blankets, but luckily Barbara was excellent to communicate with and helped us get what was needed in a timely manner. She was very sweet and accommodating. There were 5 adults staying for the trip, but the 3rd room is filled with twin bunks which is more ideal for kids than adults, but it worked fine for us.

Overall, we were very pleased with the home - the owner was responsive to any questions, we had a little issue with the passcode but she was quick to resolve. It was a very convenient place for us and the family we were visiting - we felt safe and had great walking areas. We have submitted a note to the owner.

Wonderful house with super accommodating and responsive host!

Barbara was extremely responsive with messages and very accommodating with last minute requests. The house is very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our short stay here. Great neighborhood for walking and stores close by. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!!

Awesome

Great location. Close to everything. Had a very relaxing stay and can't say enough about how wonderful and attentive the owner Barbara was during our stay. Highly recommend wikewa springs for swimming and hiking. Yes I probably spelled the name wrong but its only about 10 minutes away and universal was about 30. Grocery store is about 5 minutes. Again, just a great stay and super nice owner and lovely home. Stayed 2 weeks and felt like home. Thank you Barbara!

Great house great location

Everything was great, the location was perfect close to everything that we needed. It was easy to find, very clean, had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Plenty of space for the kids and for the adults to have quiet time. Barbara responded quickly and communicated with us every step of the way. Will definitely stay here again when we are visiting Orlando.
