"We had a fantastic stay at the villa. It was really clean, tidy and well looked after The villa is a great suntrap and in a really convenient location — close to the golf course, restaurants and bars, and you could probably even walk down to the little beach if you fancy a stroll. Check-in was really easy, and Richard looked after us brilliantly. He’s a really lovely bloke and made everything nice and straightforward.One small suggestion would be a welcome pack for late check-ins or guests arriving late. We appreciate that the villas may be slightly cheaper when booked through Aphrodite Hills Rentals, but when we previously rented through the resort, a welcome pack was provided. It would be great if this could perhaps be offered as an optional extra, even at an additional cost, for those arriving late and not wanting to head straight out to the shops.Other than that, everything was fantastic. The people are always so lovely and welcoming, and we had a brilliant stay. We’d definitely be happy to return again for the 10th time"

"The housekeeping was terrible. Staying in a luxury room the room was not made up until very late afternoon. We spoke to reception about this several times. Some of the new waitresses/ waitor staff one gentleman and a new lady kept mixing up drinks orders. Milane the mature waitress was excellent and went way above customer service levels. Roman the driver was also excellent.."
