The two-story house is built in the traditional style: sloped ceilings, wooden beams, terracotta floors, etc. Its architectural features include natural stone, wrought iron, old brick, and wood.
It features one bedroom with an en suite bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the upper floor. In the pool area, there is a third bathroom for shared use. The living room and kitchen are on the first floor, and there is a barbecue area and pool outside.
