Le Saphir 5* - OG IMMO
Located in the charming district of Annecy, in the immediate vicinity of shops and restaurants, this recently built apartment has been furnished with taste. Benefiting from an area of 107 m², it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with 2 featuring showers and 1 with a bathtub.
The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system in all rooms and central heating. It also includes a fully equipped American kitchen with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen utensils.
Two televisions are at your disposal.
The apartment has a terrace offering an unobstructed view of the mountains and Lake Annecy, located just 300 metres from the lake and 600 metres from the historic centre. A private garage for 2 cars is in the basement.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed and youth groups cannot be accommodated. This apartment is ideal for family holidays or trips with friends in an exceptional and peaceful setting.
The mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are:
- cleaning (price per property) is automatically included in the booking
- Bed and toilet linen (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90 euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.
Upon arrival, if there is a change in the bed composition that was not previously communicated to the agency, there will be a charge of 30 euros for the service.
Housekeeping and linen rental are two mandatory extras:
Cleaning includes:
- floor, surface, and window cleaning
- bathroom and sanitary facilities cleaning
- home disinfection
Cleaning does not include:
- cleaning, drying and storage of dishes
- storage of furniture and housing equipment
- removal of food items from the refrigerator
The beds are made before arrival and 2 towels are available per person.
As stipulated in the announcement, we wish to remind you that events and festivities are prohibited, and sanctions could be taken against you if the neighbourhood were to contact us.
The residence was delivered with cameras placed in all properties, obviously the cameras are not working. We have the certification from the owners that the system is inactive.
