Summary:
This beautiful home is perfect for a coastal getaway, from the stunning fresh white interiors & timber flooring, right through to the spaces & pockets of peace and serenity, presented throughout.
A stylish single level home, that has been renovated and enhanced with new kitchen, bathrooms and feature in ground pool and alfresco area. There is a distinct designer feel, moments of luxury and a haven for pure relaxation, privacy, and enjoyment for your next holiday.
There is a welcoming ambience in this house and the joy of living here is finding the pockets of sunshine and warmth to sit in harmony, from morning light to afternoon entertaining. A house and garden that offers a seamless blend of inside and outside living, one that can be embraced in all seasons.
The living room has a gorgeous feature roofline with windows, inviting the afternoon sun to shine through and light up the space. For the cooler months there is a wood fire that takes pride of place, and additionally for convenience a split system also offers heating and cooling, along with wall panel heaters.
There is an easy flow into the dining room, with feature glass doors that open onto decking, so the decision is whether to eat inside or out. The kitchen has lovely white stone benchtops, plenty of storage and new appliances. A clever café style window opens right up, so morning coffees or afternoon wines can be handed through to the entertaining zone.
The 3 bedrooms have queen beds, the main bedroom has a generous ensuite and WIR. The additional two bedrooms sit on the other side of the house and have BIR’s and windows highlighting the garden spaces.
The luxurious backyard resembles a Balinese private villa with an in-ground pool and alfresco area for enjoying the afternoon north / west sunshine. A wonderful feature of the home, so morning walks and swims at the beach can then be followed up by afternoons by the pool, the best of both worlds are on offer here!

Excellent location, close to Anglesea river, beaches, shopping village , café’s and restaurants, Coogoorah park, national parks, golf course all a short walk away, via direct access across the road track / Kuarka Dorla.

Great location . Cute cottage with pool

The house is in a great location, easy walking distance to shops and beach. Has some lovely out side spaces to sit and relax including the pool space. I needed to clean it when we arrived and change all the bedding because there were lots of insects all over the beds and floors, I had to change anll the bedding annd vacuum and mop as soon as we arrived. Everything else was good. Kitchen has loads of cooking utensils and crockery. I would stay here again.
