Everything about the stay was going great. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. The breakfast was ok... hashbrowns were a bit soggy and I don't care for cheese with my eggs. But good coffee and creamer. But why allow pets in the food area? I'm allergic. Do my needs matter? Or is pet friendly the main goal?

When we checked in we were told our room had been upgraded to a suite, which we appreciated. The room was nice and large and even though it was near the parking lot it was quiet.

Definitely need ventilation in the bathroom - something in the room (maybe mold) was very hard on our allergies!! Otherwise clean and the front desk staff was so kind!

Pretty good, very nice staff. The room fridge was too loud to sleep with. Had to figure out where to unplug it in the middle of the night, and worried it will leak if I do, but it had to be done. Some of the exit doors of the hallway could use a good cleaning. Otherwise standard best western experience with extra kind and pleasant staff members.
