"Terrible. My husband ended up in hospital for 2 nights after eating in the A La Carte. He had prawns, the most likely cause of his acute, rapid onset violent symptoms of D and V with subsequent loss of conciouseness. They deny all and refuse any possible causitive link with his illness. "

"Only stay here if you are happy walking up and down steep hill to beach- otherwise a car is necessary - there is no shuttle bus. Apartment spacious. Great view of the bay! Good parking in free underground garage. Kitchen fine but equipment basic. Needs grater, plus oven dishes and more utensils and large glasses. Bedding very old … looking rather grey and worn. Another chair in the lounge would be beneficial as not enough seats for 4 adults to sit comfortably. Kitchen cupboards not in good condition. Wonky and loose doors."

"Gerard and his wife Fabienne were extremely welcoming.The Villa is superb and they even put up Christmas decorations in every room and also decorated 2 Christmas trees. We really appreciated their wonderful efforts. This 5 Star villa made 5 people very happy indeed. Such a wonderful way to celebrate Christmas "

"We wanted a rest, no sight-seeing, nothing but reading and playing in the pool.The villa was possibly the best place we have EVER stayed in. It was clean (most important), roomy, lots of places to sit outside and lots inside, not that we stayed inside for anything apart from sleeping. Fabulous, huge bed. We arrived late at night so couldn’t appreciate the location until the next day. What a super surprise, I didn’t expect a golf course to be so lovely. It even had waterfalls in the morning. I think this is probably the best location of all on the course.Lastly, the Tauro Grill is only a 5 minute walk away and served great food, including veggie options."
