"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The dinner was delicious, and the service was excellent. The spa was also lovely and very relaxing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, a fantastic experience—we would happily stay here again!"

"The spa was great with steam and cold plunge pool. Food was very good but the breakfast buffet was excellent. All of the staff were very helpful once we got there. The room was nice but a little pricey for such a small room. The main reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars was the transportation issue. We used their website to book and PREPAY a round trip private car from the airport. We think that the time zone difference caused the site to move our day out to the next day so when we arrived we had no transfer and the hotel was not helpful telling us to take a taxi or an Uber. They could have just called the transport company and asked them to get us. We took an Uber one way for $198 (cost of round trip!) to find out at the hotel that a taxi cost only $65 - but they didn’t tell us that. They did move the return to the right day for us but admitted that their experience with this outside company was not great even though you book through the hotel website and they make a fee off of it. Bottom line: nice property with great views but a little pricey, friendly staff, great breakfast but arrange your own transport!"

"It was great to have a pool being so close to the city and the pool bar staff were very efficient and friendly. The room was decent but the mini fridge didn't work and although I asked reception twice to fix the issue, nothing was done. I would rate the room itself to be 3 star."

"really nice hotel and perfect location! 5 mins from airport and beach and close enough to palma city for a day trip. The hotel is lovely and the pool area great! . could do with a few more loungers as not enough for everyone and it can be become sunbed wars… The breakfast buffet had alot of choice and all tasty. only issue i had was the patrician between the balconies was very small and the guests in the room next to us were out smoking A LOT so i unfortunately couldn’t enjoy my balcony due to the gross smell as a non smoker . That’s the only negative i have as I really do recommend this hotel."

"We loved our stay and wish that it could’ve been longer. The views are stunning and it’s easy to walk immediately out to multiple restaurants and bars and the beach. Also really enjoyed the buffet food as did our kids."
