"Great location. Very nice spacious room. Helpful staff."

"He is an excellent place to stay."

"When we arrived, the GPS took us to a steep back street and we were lost. We parked up in a spot that was clearly not for us and found the hotel on foot. Carlos checked us in and was so incredibly friendly and helpful, walking with us outside the hotel and showing us where we should park. His English was outstanding. The location of the hotel was perfect and easy to find the sites we wanted to see. Andorra la Velle is a beautiful and clean town. No graffiti and no dog poop anywhere though...

"Excelente ubicación y limpieza"

"Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas las habitaciones dejaban bastante que desear, eran bastante normalillas, y al baño le faltaba un pco de mantenimiento. Pero bueno, lo necesario estaba. Había una neverita pequeña, una caja fuerte (con fianza de 20€ por la llave) y bastante almacenamiento. "genial"

"Una experiencia increíble, gracias"

"I’ve been staying here for years and it’s been through about three owners… this last visit may well be the last time. I’ve always just pulled up to the parking gate, pressed the button and they’ve let me in and then I’ve gone upstairs to check in. This time they wouldn’t let me in until I’ve checked in which meant leaving my motorcycle with all the gear in the Street whilst waiting for the check-in queue. The guy on reception was very grumpy to deal with. There’s plenty of other hotels!"

"Amazing"

"Excellent séjour! Accueil sympathique et prestations de qualité."
