Smooth check-in process. The room did have an odor that smelled like over-spray of carpet odor remover. Initially had issue with the WiFi. Front desk clerk did not know the process. Eventually I figured it out. Requested two additional pillows for the second night of the stay for my wife to elevate her legs (due to injury), was told by the front clerk that it would be noted and that the towels in the room would be replaced and trash removed. Came back in the evening and the room had not been serviced and the additional pillow were not present. The front desk clerk was quick to respond.
