"This was easily the best hotel we stayed in during our trip around the island. The apartment was spotless, well appointed and in an excellent location for the wineries and local restaurants. "Stuff were nice but you have to pay for things that you don't expect to pay for. You have to pay extra to use the AC, safe was not working, shower floor had the opposite slop so water never drained. "

"For Naturalist it is a paradise, beautiful, peaceful and serene. You must however have own transport, otherwise you are a bit stranded at the hotel. So try and rent transportation, my taxi transfer cost to the hotel and back cost more then my 2 night stay at the hotel. Staff at hotel very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank the manager at the hotel for sorting out taxi transfer from the hotel to the port - I made it in time for my ferry. It is very difficult to get taxi transfers...

"The hotel was CLOSED,! Completely deserted. Shut up. A small note on the floor with an emergency number. Looks like been shut all winter maybe. Very disappointed with Expedia - Left me stranded travelling alone, late at night and having to find other accommodation. Please unlistvthis hotel urgently and arrange a refund for me. Disgusting "
