"The free shuttle transportation from the airport was helpful. However, upon arrival my reservation could not be found. The motel blamed Expedia and Expedia said they had to work with the motel to “fix it.” Meanwhile, I had to essentially make another reservation and pay - again - albeit at a discounted ..."
