"The staff- ALL by were courteous and helpful. They seem to enjoy working at The Grand Art Hotel. The breakfasts, although expensive at €35 pp were worth it! And the gourmet restau “Olio” was very refined."

"Very helpful staff with a lovely clean lobby. The attendant at the desk s as poke multiple languages. She was very helpful in telling us about the city and good places to visit and eat. The rooms were spacious and the shower good. It was quiet. I would only all that the hotel allow customers to darken the LED light on the thermostat because it was so bright at night that we woke up from the glow. There is a mini fridge if that is something you need! Great breakfast! "

"This cottage is actually newly built, very clean, modern design and well-stocked. I found it to be a great location to visit many places in the Basque region ranging from coast to city to mountains. It was nice not to have to drive out and back in to a city every day. I would stay here again. "
