The 3 stars are only because of the hotel location and friendly staff.
The property has really narrow set of stairs and lifts weren't working. Thankfully we were just on the first floor but we saw many people struggling and it was definitely a trip hazard.
Our room itself was quite small, so much so that as soon you open the door, you were 2 steps away from bed. It was near stairs area and quite noisy. We could hear our next door and upstairs neighbours almost all hours of the day. On top of that, the bed had an extra thin mattress on top of the actual fitted mattress (not sure why) and it was it uncomfortable to sleep on as it kept moving and it didn't fit the bed.
It was uncomfortable, noisy and overall not worth the money.
