The staff at the hotel were very helpful, providing useful advice on what to do and where to eat.
The room was small with a window. Being August it needed the window open and the fan to move the air.
Hotel Pagi was in a central location for exploring Amsterdam. Only A fifteen minute walk from the central train station.
The room was serviced daily by the wonderful cleaning staff.
Good room, a little warm but comfortable. Perfect for a short break

The people were very nice and the hotel was okay. The thing that bothered me the most was the cleanliness, the rooms weren’t all that clean, there were many bugs in my room and some dirt and mold in the bathroom. The rooms were also a lot smaller than the photos but that didn’t bother me as much as the cleanliness. Overall the hotel was very central and the people were nice.

Good location across from Metro. No elevator with several levels of steep stairs to rooms. Minimal amenities (hand soap and shower gel) and poor lighting in toilet/shower. Small triple room (3 twin beds). Nowhere to sit in room other than bed. No closet, but 3 hangers on wall. Luckily there was a standing fan (no guard cover on blade) in the room to keep air flowing.
Grrat place to stay and the area is lovely, full of restautrants and bars.Very friendly area and good transport with tram right outside Recommend the mexican restaurant over the bridge on thre right 🙂
The room is exactly what it looks like in the pictures, nothing special, but there were no surprises. The room was clean and there were no signs or pests of any kind.
The staff was so friendly and welcoming, went out of their way to help me find places to eat and even understood when I had to wait a day to pay the taxes, as my cards wouldn’t work.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cheaper stay, that’s very central, close to restaurants, parks, museums, and many more.
If you’re looking for high end, this wouldn’t be it, but you also wouldn’t be upset with your stay here, as you get what you see.
Excellent stay in Amsterdam - perfect location for shopping, sight seeing and transport.
Tea and coffee any time in reception.
Small room but perfectly adequate for a city stay.
Definitely stay here again
Although room was small it was ok for the long weekend we were in Amsterdam. Brilliant location and staff couldn’t do enough from allowing us to use fridge to dining recommendations.
This hotel is central to everything within the city. The train station is a 5-minute walk away. Benny was a great host and offered great recommendations. Definitely will stay here again.
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and really enjoyed it. Rooms are small however the location is perfect. Staff was also were helpful and friendly, thank you!
Excellent location, right on Rokin.
Clean comfortable room for 1 night. Good for short trips for just a place to rest for the night.
No headboard or back to bed and a gap where the heater is so a bit strange but still a comfy bed. Wobbly toilet seat and the bathroom mirror was way too high up and im not even that short but other than that a small but clean bathroom and room for a night it was fine.
Friendly staff but do check your local tax amount on check in, mine was calculated higher then it should have been at first, a simple miscalculation of days stay but if i didnt query it and paid i wouldnt have known.
Coffee and tea available on reception level 24 hours.
Steep steps up to reception area and rooms.
Overall a nice little hotel in an excellent location for a night or 2, close to everything for a quick stay in Amsterdam.
