Pros: Great location - convenient, can walk to almost anything you want to see within 20-30 min; we really enjoyed the breakfast - disappointed it rained both mornings so we couldn't enjoy the outdoor patio that looks out over the city; the desk staff was fantastic - did all they could to mitigate the horrible staircase, which leads us to...
Cons: As others have commented, the stairs leading to the check-in desk are straight up, narrow, and there are a lot of them. Then you get to walk up another 1-2 flights of steep narrow stairs to the second or third floor to your rather small room that waits for you, which was very pricey for the size. Our tiny room in NYC was even bigger than this one.
Again, the staff are great and they help carry all of your luggage up when you check in and down when you check out. But you are on your own climbing 2-3 flights of stairs every time you come back from long walks seeing the sights of the city.
