"Small room, bunk beds overhang the two twins, but it was a VERY nice location. Paid a LOT for the room, more than I've ever paid for a hotel room in my life, but it was the last one in this part of town, and we booked last minute. Breakfast was wonderful. "

"This is a fantastic little B&B. The lady running the place was ever so friendly, helpful and patient with our efforts to communicate in Spanish. Each room has its own private entrance, so you feel like you have your privacy. Although there's no air conditioning, you can manage the summer temperatures somewhat by keeping the shutters down and the windows cracked open. The "lavender room" we stayed in had heart-shaped rugs and pillows, and even a heart-shaped bath. It was great! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, so also recommended."

"Really enjoyed are 2 nights staying here, a beautiful looking building, The only downside which others have mentioned is the noise from the trains outside, but we’re from London and used to noise so wasn’t a big deal to us, Staff are friendly and helpful, if in the area would look at staying again"

"Wonderful stay, hotel staff were ever so friendly and hotel facilities were very good. Nice neighbourhood right next to the Puente Colgante bridge and short walk to the local station to take the trai into Bilbao. So pleased with our stay here."

"Bathroom and room we’re very modern and clean, the only problem we have is the tv shows are all in spanish channel, we couldn’t find any english show! It would be a great place where English shows were also available or English versions were shown as well. Thanks for the modern updated room."
