"I stayed for four nights, and housekeeping did not clean my room a single time during my stay. Guests were expected to leave trash and wet towels outside their doors or dispose of them themselves. If you needed fresh towels or toiletries, you had to go to the front desk and request them. On the positive side, the hotel was clean overall, the breakfast was decent, and the pool was enjoyable. However, the lack of housekeeping service was disappointing and affected the overall experience."
