We loved it here and we will definitely be back the next time we decide to visit the Loire valley Conveniently located, right at the city center which made walking the city center really easy. Great restaurants all around and some small markets were close by too which made the trip really hassle free for us The royal chateaux was right outside our room window so the view was great at night when the castle was lit up

This hotel was such a nice treat during our stay in France. We had double rooms for the family room, the hotel was clean and air conditioned, and the breakfast was lovely. They also offered laundry service. The hotel is also in an excellent location!

The view was amazing. The room was well decorated, very comfortable, and very convenient to the main tourist areas. I highly recommend doing dinner at Le Shaker right across the bridge from the hotel for a great view, amazing food and reasonable price. The only complaint is that the Air Conditioner had a pretty loud buzz every couple of minutes. I didn't mention it to the staff, but surely the maid heard it.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Just steps to the Chateau, restaurants and the river. We had a standard room, so I wasn’t expecting much, but the room and bathroom were really small. The A/C worked very well during the heat of August! It was also great to have a fridge in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not very good for $15 euros.

My stay as a solo traveler here was so great! The location is perfect, next to a castle overlooking the Loire River! It's right next to a pedestrian area of restaurants and shopping and it's very safe. I walked to and from the train station, about 15-20 minutes, met a tour group nearby at the tourism office, all easily accessible. The hotel staff are excellent, so helpful and nice. The room was comfortable and clean with a view! The breakfast was exceptional, various locally sourced items, very delicious. Hope to return one day, merci!

We like the proximity of this hotel to the main square and the Royal Chateau. The room and bathroom we had was very spacious. The AC worked really well, but the lift/elevator was not working. Also the carpet in the stairs and hallways are so old/dated. The staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke English well. Breakfast includes a variety of choices.

Great room. Plenty of space , nice tub and shower. Clean with helpful staff. Only thing we would have liked was to have AC on. We cracked the window and were just fine. Great location. Would stay here again.
