We had a corner room which was very spacious. The hotel was extremely well maintained in all area. The gym was a bonus and well equipped. "First impression was the hotel looked very nice and upmarket Gym pool facilities was really Food was absolutely terrible haddock for a starter was uneditable due to over fried and dripping of grease Piri chicken burger was good but was really spicy and the chip were horrible tasting The room was looked good but there was a smell of damp One of the beds was broken and the other side of the smelled of what I can only describe as bad feet I tried talking to the guy at reception but made out he couldn’t understand me Very poor experience Room 136"

"Breakfast very good but second day was a bit tepid Curtains were moth eaten and cobwebs on curtains and ceiling. No bin liners in any of the bins Bar prices are expensive Staff are very attentive "

"Simple check in. The room was a perfect space for a relaxed night away. A mini kitchen with everything you need and a table to eat at. The seating area with tv to chill and then a comfy bed and bathroom. Good choice at breakfast. Check out easy. The hotel and room were clean and all staff friendly. Perfect location for the train station. About a 10/15 minute walk. I will stay here again"

"We asked for a cup of tea to go with the buffet & was told we couldn’t have one, We were told you can have the tea bags but can’t use the kettle that was sitting beside the teabags, we even offered to pay for the tea. very disappointed in the staffs reaction to the situation. We won’t be in a hurry to come back"
