"Wonderful location in Copacabana! What a beautiful hotel. Rooms are huge with firewood for the fireplace all ready and a kitchen area fully stocked including coffee etc for early risers. We had such a great view and the room and beds were so comfortable. The staff were so kind and organised. We had a lovely dinner in the Cupula Restaurant. Breakfast was delicious! They helped print off docs we needed for the bus. Wonderful place highly recommend! "

"Really lovely place to stay after a gruelling 3 day salt flats tour in the cold. Every amenity was available and even the shower was soft filtered water. I absolutely loved my day there. The manager even let me pay for my taxi by card and then paid the taxi driver himself to take me to the airport. Would 100% recommend! "

"The best hotel in town : rooms have heaters, showers with hot water stable in time (exceptional in this region), and large beds. The hotel has a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. It is nicely decorated in an adobe style. Everything is made to have the guest feel comfortable. "I will have 5 to all staff members. They were super nice, professional and caring. Some areas are in construction. Our room was nice, clean and a lot space. Breakfast was ok. We ate dinner there and it was very tasty and good price. I will stay again"

"Exceptional location. Staff were absolutely wonderful. Our Dome room was magnificant and we left the curtains open at night in order to enjoy the clear skies and even saw a meteor falling. The salt plains were awesome and we got beautiful pictures with our family. 5 stars!"

"Excellent customer service! We did some research about the area and knew it would be cold at night with limited heat, so we packed accordingly. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was great! We liked the fact that we had a safe place to stay without having to rush the trip and try to see everything in one day. Did Tiwanaku and museums on day one and Puma Punku on day two. We walked around and ate at a restaurant in town, great food and the locals were very friendly. We speak no spanish but had no...
