Your statement regarding natural light requires correction. In practice, the apartment receives direct sunlight only briefly in the early morning (approximately between 08:00 and 08:30). After this time, sunlight disappears entirely behind the building, leaving the apartment without direct sunlight for the remainder of the day.
This material fact is not accurately or sufficiently disclosed in the listing and therefore creates a misleading impression of the apartment’s orientation and natural light conditions. This is not a matter of personal preference, but of essential information that directly affects the quality of the stay and should have been transparently communicated prior to booking.
3. Smoke Incident, Safety Measures and Duty of Care
The smoke incident on December 6 constitutes a serious safety issue and cannot be characterized as harmless or insignificant. Smoke entered the apartment;
No smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors were present inside the accommodation;
Although the source of the smoke was external, the risk and exposure occurred within the rented property.
