"The room was very clean, the staff was very nice, the Kleenex was extra soft and a regular size box, the bed was very comfortable. The location was amazing as it was a Stonesthrow from downtown. The one small tiny issue was that I needed Chapstick and they don’t really sell any needed items so make sure to bring all that you need. Oh also, the water was a bit hard so it had that slippery feeling when washing but I would totally recommend this place and stay here again because for what you’re paying it’s very worth it and the breakfast is very nice."

I was scheduled to visit this past weekend for a concert but unfortunately came down with COVID. My cancellation fell within the 48-hour window, so I understood that a refund was not guaranteed. Despite that, the team went above and beyond to help me. Maggie and Angela were incredibly kind, courteous, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. They didn’t just follow policy—they showed real compassion and took extra steps to assist me, ultimately providing a credit and refund without any hassle. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. It’s reassuring to know there are still people who go out of their way to do the right thing. Even though I wasn’t able to make the trip, this experience alone speaks volumes about the quality of the staff.
