Having traveled extensively across Asia for the past 15 years I can honest say I his was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in . We didn’t get the room we had booked , the tv in the room was unwatchable due to the poor reception, the room had a small fridge which despite having drinks in it didn’t work , no hot water . The food at breakfast was not great , the bread was so hard it was impossible to cut . The toilet flush was also trouble. I would never recommend this place and wil never return

Very disappointing experience

Terrible stay. The room was dirty, the shower had no hot water, and the aircon wasn't cold. I asked to change rooms and they refused. Never coming back.

Too friendly

Very hospitable hotel with complimentary sandwiches left over from previous tenant. Just like the staff, the unidentified presences were very friendly. They ring door bell before entering. Just as stated, shower has 2 options, either very hot or very cold. Nothing in the middle.

The room seemed kinda tired. There were patches on the carpet where water had obviously seeped through, especially where the bedroom carpet met the bathroom. The two times I stayed there, there were these floor blowers to dry out the carpet in the corridors.

Beyond being dated, this hotel has a serious cleanliness issue. There is mold everywhere in the bathroom and the fixtures are extremely dirty and in poor condition. I have never been in a hotel in such a deplorable state. AVOID this hotel unless this is the last place on earth available to you. Staff are unhelpful and don't seem to care. My worse hotel experience ever.

Stay AWAY !!

This is one property I would stay away from. It's seen better days that's for sure. What it need is a total overhaul of the entire property starting with a fresh coat of paint, new floor carpet as the one in our room has a peculiar smell. Washroom is decent but there was no hot water, faucet was broken and you could literally move the bath tub. One thing for sure is that I will not be returning to the hotel.

The pictures look decent an I'm sure the hotel was nice when built or renovated, but maintenance and basic cleaning seems non-existent. Stains on carpet, walls. Fingerprints and smudges everywhere. My room smelled like sewage gases. The water in the toilet, sink, etc was yellow. I was very uncomfortable during my stay.

Slow responses to fix problems

The hotel is very old, and my room was not well maintained. I informed the reception that the TV and the safe were out of order. Nothing was done after 2days. You need to run water over 5min to get hot water. The window does not close properly. It has been a very uncomfortable stay.
