"Carlo was amazing when we were having breakfast and dinner. He was constantly helping us out and making sure that our meal experience was excellent. Nalu at the front desk was constantly helping us with places to go and see. He was also super kind when we were checking in. Both of these guys were an excellent reason why will use the hotel in the future."

The staff was very kind from their welcome at check in to letting us use the hospitality lounge for a later check out. The maid kept the room very clean and smelling great. We will be back 🌊🌺"
