There is an exit leading to the terrace from this room. One of the bedrooms has a French bed measuring 135 cm, while the other two bedrooms each have two beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The house also features a small kitchen equipped with a mini-oven, a regular oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a dining nook in the kitchen area. The property has one hip bath/WC.
