The property offers 153 m² of space, including a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest WC. Amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for teleworking, TV, air conditioning and heating, as well as a washer and dryer.
