"It’s hotel.com not the actual property that made my experience annoying. At check it was unclear if I paid or not, it took a hour to check in because of this. Then they charged me at check in and then again when I checked out which then put my account negative. It’s 4 days later and my accounts still negative and nothing has been accommodated because it wasn’t even the hotels fault. Even my bank could verify it was hotel.com not the hotel."

"We stayed here for our annual anniversary trip and plan on making it a yearly thing! It was so quiet and relaxing the 5 days we stayed here. We were able to cook our own meals mostly , enjoyed making fires and sitting outside, playing games and just connecting on another level. The water was hot, the space was clean, and had most of our needs provided. I do suggest bringing your own cooler and having ice to store food/drinks because the refrigerator is like a mini fridge and no freezer, but it’s a tiny space so that’s acceptable. They came around everyday to replenish firewood and any household things we needed which I appreciated! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!! Bring games to play and have a plan to spend intentional time as there is no TV but we knew that and had card games, dominoes, karaoke, and an iPad for movies. The VIEW FROM THE ROOM IS THE HIGHLIGHT!!"

"There were no towel bars in the bathroom to hang wet towels. The bedding on the beds was summer weight but it was still winter. Peeling paint in the pool area and ants on the floor. The power went out and no one came to tell us what was happening or how long it would be out. We left early."

"The heat pump in the room warmed it nicely and only complaint is that it’s noisy. "

"I really enjoyed my 5 day stay. It was super easy getting to the pool, and breakfast and to my truck. There was even room to park my trailer safely. The family of staff were always kind and attentive during my stay. The breakfast was better than the average hotel with fresh made items and a waffle maker. The rooms are very nice, clean, and for anyone who likes to watch TV they had a very nice selection of channels. wi-fi was $4.95 daily for fast speed, and I think they had free as well. I highly recommend to anyone passing through to stay. "
