"The room was nice and clean, but the lighting was quite dim. It was missing some basic amenities, such as body lotion and separate shampoo and body wash. Although the room had air conditioning, it struggled to keep the room cool even though it was only 24°C (75°F) outside."

"Our room was very hot. There is no AC in the rooms. We asked the front desk why it was 27 degrees and never cooled off. We stayed 3 nights and would not recommend staying if you are hoping to be cool after a long day exploring. They do not clean your rooms and do not provide more toilet paper or water unless you ask."

"We stayed here during the June '26 heatwave. While there was no air-conditioning in the room, we were comfortable. The restaurant was cool and food (dinner and breakfast) over the two days was wonderful. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, but access to dispensers in the lobby."
