Could be better

The hotel is good. The lobby is elegant. The room is also ok. The bathroom had a bad smell. And the shower gel and shampoo surprised me with their jelly-like consistency. It was not convenient for me to shake it out from a jar. Breakfast variety is good. But the restaurant was quite stuffy. Surprised that the bar is closed in the evening. The spa was also disappointing. The sunbeds are not very comfortable, the sauna is scalding. The good is pool, nice and big.

Need to really work on their service skills.

The hotel service was not at all upto the mark. Staff at reception needs to work on their English language. Before coming to the hotel we checked with them for early checkin and checkout. The staff confirmed there won’t be any additional charges for the same, however, on the last day they did everything to make it tough on us. We decided to extend the stay by one day and were told certain amount to be paid on the second day of the stay and it was paid. Upon coming back from tour in late evening we were told you need to pay extra because staff made some mistake and told us wrong tariff for the extra night in addition to early check in charges. Ayat got involved on last day (good in English) and helped us to resolve the finances and came up with in between amount. But the drama from staff that their salaries will be cut, they will need to pay for error, plus weak communication skills was a disaster. Even after agreeing it was their mistake they threatened us to be thrown out of hotel (at 11 pm after our tour) if not paid was too much to take in. We got a decent room with an excellent view, but sink was getting clogged, tap in shower area were not working forcing to take shower in bath tub. Jet spray wasn’t working. Rooms were not cleaned till asked to be done. Breakfast options were very limited esp for Vegetarians, too much meat in early morning. Overall would never advise to stay at this hotel when you have other better options.

Плюсы: Персонал- приветливый, дружелюбный, всячески пытаются решить проблемы постояльцев и исправить косяки. Спасибо Дамирам и девочкам (не помню, как зовут), что помогали и пытались как-то решить проблемы с номером. Большие номера Минусы: Состояние отеля. Внимательность сотрудников. Скудный завтрак. Режим работы спа и фитнеса неадекватен Постоянно ломается карта в номер Не работает управление климатом Всего одно большое полотенце Простыни меньше, чем кровать Иногда нет горячей воды Еда: Нормальная еда. Один раз за три недели была рыба. Мясо есть. Есть зелень и сладости. Выбор небогатый, много жареного, но в целом позавтракать можно вкусно. В итоге: Если вас устраивает цена и отношение персонала вам важнее качества номеров и остального, то это ваш выбор. В противном случае - лучше поискать что-то ещё. В целом по уровню это точно не 5 звёзд.

Приезжая в Алматы по работе, всегда останавливаюсь в данном отеле. Отличные номера и сервис, ни разу не разочаровался. После прошлого визита оставлял отзыв в форме обратной связи отеля, что в номерах не хватает чайника и чая. Приехав в этот раз, очень порадовало, что отзыв был учтён! :)

Nice hotel!

Location, rooom and amenities are very good. But the room cleaning if you stay for more than 2 nigts is obviously sabotaged: they didn’t change anything and even didn’t clean the table leavivng the tea cup marks on it as it was. I asked for a cup which they forgot to provide on the second day of my stay, but the receptionist obviously forgot about it right after my call and the cup didn’t reach my room eventually. Breakfasts are good.

Best deal for the Money

For me it was a great experience to stay at Shera, even some things ain’t perfect, you can tell that staff is making every effort to make sure guest are happy. Yes, certain things require a little bit of twitching, but overall, stay was great, breakfast is amazing, staff is helpful. I recommend this hotel for a business or leisure trips.

何度も言わせないで！部屋の鍵を直して！

アルマティ空港からエクスペディアで予約しておいたタクシーでホテルまで」約２５分。この車にはスーツケース３個と各自（３人で乗車）の手荷物合計３個となっていたがスーツケースはトランクに２個しかのらなかったので仕方なく助手席へ入れ込んだ（運転手は不機嫌）そして３人超窮屈な形で乗車。ホテル到着後早口な女性のチックインを済ませ部屋へ。大問題が・・。ポーターが付いてきましたがカードキーで開かない。鍵が壊れていて直さなくては入室できないことで外出がとても遅れたので予定変更をしなくてはならなかった。その後もこの鍵は入室のたびに幾度も壊れていて直すようにフロントに幾度伝えても直しに来なかった。とても景色のきれいな場所にあるのにとても残念。
