"My room was very clean. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was fresh and offered lots of variety. Did not utilize parking, but the hotel is centrally located near various forms of public transportation. We were able to bike, bus, or use the rapid transit quite easily. This hotel is in a great location near many shops and cafes. I highly recommend and hope to return some day!"

"The building is old and expected for the price. There was mold in our room but the linens were all clean and room was as clean as it could be except for that. The Staff was AMAZING!!! They were all so friendly! I would recommend for a quick stay but maybe not with kids as the area is not kid friendly environment."

"Hotel is modern and clean, it is on a convenient location near two subway stations with direct links to main train station and airport. The rooms are spacious and quiet despite the vicinity to the Reeperbahn. "

"Room was clean enough but the bed wasn’t very comfy. The walls are very very thin. The lift was scattered with someone’s takeaway scraps and not cleaned. Staff were perfectly friendly and welcoming though. Location was v close to the metro so good access to the city. "
