"Avoid this hotel. The customer service is atrocious and you do NOT get free breakfast as promised. You don’t get any breakfast at all! And the staff lied when we complained and claimed they had provided it. Bathroom is dirty and old fashioned with leaking pipes. Only positives are the room itself and the location is good. "

"After chat contact, the property let us know we could check in after 14.00. However, arrival at the property at 17.30 gave us a big surprise. The hotel said the room is not available, we could pay extra and then have another room. This practise is unacceptable and we went to another hotel. Don't go there!"
